Jubilee Needs....

At the last Jubilee planning meeting a huge need was expressed for 4-roll packages of toilette paper and 64-100 oz. size bottles of laundry detergent. These types of items are not covered through food stamps so they are like “gold” to individuals and families in need. So far SSEFC has collected 50 bottles of detergent and it would be wonderful to move that number up into the hundreds. The Jubilee event is coming up Saturday, September 17 from 10am to 3pm. So as you grocery shop in the coming days, please consider putting these items in your cart to donate. You can place your donations in the marked bins at SSEFC. If you would rather not shop, please consider offering a monetary donation. You can write a check to SSEFC and put “Jubilee” on the memo line. Together we can be a light for Jesus in our surrounding community showing our neighbors that because Christ has freely given to us, we too can freely give!
