Here is a list of current needs for Jubilee:
1. Volunteers to work the day of event - please see the website to view current openings
2. Volunteers to work before event set up (Wed., Thurs., or Fri. before)
3. Volunteers to work after event clean up
5. Haircutting tent needs more hair cutters to work 2.5 hour shifts
6. Family Photography tent needs two more photographers
7. Security needs a leader (we have a co-leader)
8. Need help with soliciting businesses for gift certificates for the hourly drawings
9. Need leadership to head up the "desserts tent"
10. Need Spanish speaking volunteers to work in various areas
11. Need one additional helper for drop off date of 9/8 and one additional for 9/11
If you can volunteer for any of these positions, please contact Susan Holmen.
Also here are the donation drop off dates:
Saturday 9/4 - 8am to noon
Wednesday 9/8 - 5pm to 8pm
Saturday 9/11 - 8am to noon
Wednesday 9/15 - afternoon/evening - come to the Apple Valley Water Park. Bring your clothes or household items and please help by setting your clothing in the proper areas on the display tables or hanging racks, same thing in the Commerce tent.
Next Jubilee Planning Meeting: Tuesday, Sept. 7 @ 7pm in the Journey Room @ SSEFC.
