Sharing these photos with friends and family outside of our church would be a great way to let them in on the fun we are having. What a Joyful and Beautiful Christmas Social!

JOY was definitely served up at this year's Christmas Social on the 8th of December. Thank you to everyone who came - especially the many guests! There was a huge turnout of ladies considering the snow outside that evening. The decorations and food were festive and delicious, the craft was gorgeous and easy, the devotional was insightful and so well done, and the fellowship was warm and inviting! Thank you to the many hands that planned and prepared the evening to make it extra joyful....hopefully the evening got you on the path to experiencing the TRUE JOY of Christmas this season.

Tuesday AM Bible Study - New Session!

The Tuesday Morning Women's Bible Study will resume January 12, 2010 from 9:30 - 11:15 am in the Journey Room. Anyone is welcome at ANYTIME to join. Those of you new to our study, we will be discussing Lesson 5 of Beth's Moore's Living Beyond Yourself OR you can begin the book The Practice of Godliness by Jerry Bridges. Both studies explore the Fruits of the Spirit (found in Galatians 5:22-23). These books can be attained at the study. We begin our time with worship and fellowship followed by the study of God's Word in smaller groups. Childcare is provided from birth through Kindergarten. If you have questions, please call Stephanie at 952-686-2839 or register online at ssefc.org under Women's Ministries. Consider yourself warmly invited to fellowship with other ladies and dive into the riches of God's Word together! Hope to see you there!

The Operation Christmas Child Crew

Here are some of the 28 great workers that gathered together last November 28th to help out Operation Christmas Child. This SSEFC service project was coordinated by the Mover's Group. Every year at this time, OCC needs volunteers to get boxes (filled with toys) ready to be shipped off to children in some of the poorest parts of the world. The OCC ministry is done totally in the loving name of Jesus! Thanks to everyone who participated in this service project and thanks for all the prayers. Keep your ears and hearts open to being a part of this service project next year.

Ready to Serve Up Some JOY?

The ladies' Christmas Social is less than a week away! Together let's Serve Up some JOY Tuesday, December 8 at 7 pm.
